Before you start
Withdraw your money first. Money left in your account stays yours, but after closing, you can only get it back by contacting support.
Your card will be closed too.
How to close your account
Go to Settings and tap Close account.
Read the screen carefully.
Confirm with your passcode.
Alternatively, click support button at the bottom right corner of your screen to get help with account closure.
What happens next
You're signed out and can't sign in to this account again.
If you have payments still in progress, we wait for them to finish. Then the account closes automatically.
We delete your name, phone number, email, passcode and linked phones.
We keep your transaction history and verification record, because financial law requires us to.
Closing an account can't be undone. If you'd like to come back later, you're always welcome to open a new one.
