What you see | What it means | What to do |
Not verified · "Passport or ID" | You haven't started yet. | Tap Verify identity. |
Not verified · "Pick up where you left off" | You started but didn't finish. | Tap Continue verification. |
Action needed | We need one more photo or document. | Tap Continue verification and follow the steps. |
In review (Pending in Profile) | A reviewer is checking your documents. | Sit tight. We'll notify you. |
On hold (Pending in Profile) | The review is paused for now. It continues on its own. | Wait a little. If it takes more than 72 hours, contact support. |
Verified | You're all set! | Add money and get your card. |
Not passed (Rejected in Profile) | This attempt didn't pass. | Tap Start again. |
Closed (Rejected in Profile) | The decision is final. | Contact support. |
