Once your identity is verified, you can add money by sending crypto to your ArtPay address.
On the Home screen, tap Add money.
Pick the coin you're sending.
Pick the network the sender will use. You'll find it on the withdrawal screen of the exchange or wallet you're sending from.
Copy your address, or show the QR code to the sender.
The up-to-date list of coins and networks we accept is always right there, under Home → Add money.
Please double-check before you send: send only the coin and network shown on your address screen. Coins sent on a different network, or coins we don't support, can be lost for good.
A few handy things to know:
Your address doesn't change, so you can save it and use it again.
Coins on the same network share one address.
Network fees can differ a lot between networks. If you have a choice, compare them in your sending wallet first.
When the money lands, we'll send you a "Deposit received" notification, and your balance updates right away.
