Scammers sometimes pretend to be a bank or a support team. A few simple rules keep you safe.
ArtPay will never:
ask for your passcode
ask for your full card number or CVV
ask for a card confirmation code
ask you to send crypto to "keep it safe" or to "verify your account"
If someone asks you for any of these, even if they say they're from ArtPay, it's a scam. Stop, don't share anything, and write to us in the app chat.
Also watch out for:
A notification that a new phone was linked when you didn't link one. Contact support right away.
A card confirmation code for a payment you didn't make. Don't share it, and contact support.
When in doubt, just ask us in the app. We'd much rather answer a quick question than let you become a victim of a scam.
