Some online shops ask for a confirmation code when you pay. It's an extra step that proves the payment is really yours.
How it works
You pay online with your ArtPay card.
We send the code to the ArtPay app as a notification.
Open it. You'll see the code, the shop name and the amount.
Enter the code on the shop's page.
The code only works for a few minutes, so enter it right away.
Only enter the code if you're making that payment yourself.
Got a code for a payment you didn't make? Don't share it with anyone, and contact support right away. Someone may be trying to use your card details.
